NEW! September 2024! BEACH PATH BUNGALOW, located on quiet 25th street on beautiful North Beach in Spanish Wells. A short walk from the front door brings you to our sandy beach path and on your way to calm, clear-blue waters. Our home has one main bedroom with an ensuite bath including a walk-in shower, and sliding doors to the large patio. We designed our home with a large kitchen open to the living room where there is a comfy queen murphy bed with extra mattress topper and a twin daybed.

Sunnyside Beach Villa is a lovely & spacious beachfront rental directly on a beautiful beach in Spanish Wells Bahamas. The rental offers free use of a stainless-steel gas grill, (2) tandem ocean kayaks, SUP board, and hammock. There are three master suites, a fully equipped & open kitchen, spacious living area, central A/C, ceiling fans throughout, a large covered verandah & amazing water views throughout the entire villa. Sunnyside is a BEACHFRONT property w/ 120' of private beach.

Get away from the hustle and bustle and relax in this 3 bedroom island retreat not far from the ocean. Decorated by the owners, showcasing their artwork with native fruits trees in the yard for our guests to enjoy. Kayaking trips are available. Sightseeing trips to see Preacher's Cave, Sapphire Blue Hole, Glass Window Bridge and Queen's Bath are all a short water taxi ride away and less than an hours drive on Main Land, Eleuthera. The house is located at the end of a gated road on Russell Island giving you all the privacy you need. You can walk out of the door and be in the sea in no time. The cottage is also just a short swim from the beach side swings on the western end of Spanish Wells.
