Located steps from Lake Muskoka, a short drive to the Gravenhurst wharf, an even shorter drive to town & Dr Bethune; just the beginning of what this home has to offer. Enjoy walking trails, a boat launch with private mooring space, sawdust city brewery, the oar restaurant, Muskoka boat rentals, steamship tours, parasailing, local events, etc. all from the privacy of a dead end road.

Your family will love our 4-season Muskoka cottage on serene Loon Lake. The cottage has its own private waterfront, dock and various non-motorized watercraft for your enjoyment. It includes a large deck and quaint firepit. In the winter, it is the perfect spot for snowmobiling, ice fishing or skating as the road is municipally plowed year-round. The cottage is a short drive to the Muskoka Wharf, LCBO, grocery stores and is close to all the amenities that the Town of Gravenhurst has to offer.

Offering private access to Lake Scugog with an oversized dock for you to take advantage of water activities, enjoy your morning coffee and watch some of the best sunsets on the lake. The cottage sits only 15 min. from the quaint town of Port Perry where you can go to enjoy its brewery, incredible cuisine, farmers markets, and picturesque Main Street.

Its not hard to relax and unwind with a coffee in front of the fire, or go and explore along the private forest trails (1-2k of walking trails). As well, downtown Bracebridge is a convenient 10 minute drive away with all amenities. There is a veggie garden on the property and depending when you come you can pick away at it :) Pets are welcome in the home!
