Our tiny house offers a cozy living experience while feeling open, spacious, and bright. Located within an hour of Greenville, Asheville, and Tryon. Quaint small towns offer boundless activities.

A quiet place in the country

Clean and spacious mother in law suite over 1200 sq ft. Use this as your home base as you explore the SC upstate. GSP and Spartanburg less than 30 minutes away, Greenville and NC mountains less than 45 minutes away, and just ten minutes from either exit 35 or 28 on I-26. BMW, Michelin and other manufacturing plants are less than 30 minutes away. Start your day with coffee on your private deck and after a long day you can enjoy a dip in the shared pool (pool open Mid May - Mid Sept.

Luxurious river front nature retreat on 120 acres

Privacy, luxury and nature-for you! Luxurious apartment in our home (owner-occupied) - on 120 private acres overlooking the Enoree river. Visitors are blown away by the view and the sound of the river. Beautiful walking trail and 2 kayaks available for use. There is a beautiful waterfall located only 600 yards upriver, by kayak. There are bald eagles, turtles, herons, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)

Minutes away from the Duncan YMCA and Tyger River Park. This private apartment offers parking and it’s own entry. Conveniently located and surrounded by a large wooded property, you will find everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. For extended stays we have washer/dryer access for your convenience.

Charming log cabin retreat nestled less than ten miles from highway 26 heading towards Asheville, NC. Looking to stay at a private/secluded property? This cozy cabin features two bedrooms that sleeps up to four people. A great place to disconnect and reset your mind! Less than 10 miles from nearby restaurants and convenient stores. Lots of hiking trails on SC and NC side. This cabin is equipped with pretty much everything your home has to offer! We provide basic amenities plus more!

Maggie's Lake House

Private - Quiet and secluded neighborhood on Lake Bowen with dock & lake access. Enjoy spacious house with private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool, dock for fishing and boating, large decks & charcoal grill make for a great BBQ day! 2 kayaks provided! If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.

There is NOT a TV but there is high speed WiFi is for use on your own device! Just a few minute drive from Tryon and Landrum for dining/ shopping, and plenty to do in the area or just relax and enjoy the beautiful farm!

The Lodge at Pythian Park

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
