Just built in 2022, you’ll enjoy this beautifully appointed duplex. 2 bedrooms, master has a king bed, second room has a queen and front room/office with has a fold down daybed. Soak in our amazing hot tub on our back patio. All the comforts of home including linens and a well supplied kitchen. Historical getaway walking distance to the river.

Victorian home built in 1900 that is walking distance to the Pacolet river. There is a park with picnic tables on the river that is a short walk or drive and also Clifton beach is a short distance. There is a deck with a dining table and gas grill and furniture on the deck as well. It is a nice getaway but also only a 15 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg for bars and restaurants. Grocery store and gas stations a 5 minute drive. The small town of Cowpens is about a 10 minute drive.
