The cottage consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s also a fenced backyard with fire pit and furniture. The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

We are so excited to share our historic home with you! We are minutes from downtown and walking distance to great restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop and ice cream shop. One of our favorite spaces is the front porch, it's a great place to relax! If you head out back you can enjoy our hot tub and fire pit. Our home has lots of character but please remember, it's very old! : ) The house has some squeaks and the floors show wear but we think you will find it a great place to create memories!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walk to Indianapolis Motor Speedway as well as local stores, Main Street restaurants, breweries, and bars. 15 minute ride share or drive to downtown Indy including Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Victory Field, The Indiana Convention Center, and the Indianapolis Col. I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy!
