Stone-built cottage in lavish garden, in the heart of Spetses Town. A small house (58 sq.m) with all the amenities of a large one.Always childrens' favourite cottage, because of its coziness and its resemblance to "the little house in the prairie". It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with two single mattresses, a dinning area with a rustic fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

In the Kounoupitsa area a stone warehouse and wine barrel workshop of 1865 was transformed many years ago into two country houses of a brother and sister. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with an excellent microclimate, one of the coolest on the island. Panagiotis' residence is cool, airy, fully equipped, for short or longer stays and has a beautiful courtyard to spend pleasant mornings and special evenings.
