Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

The apartment is located in the historical area in the building built in the early years of the 19th century. The apartment of 49 m2 is fully equipped provides a comfortable short or long stay, and Wi-Fi (32Mbps) . The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by Mediterranean plants. A pleasant walk through the park takes you, for only 10-12 minutes, to the city center. Bacvice beach is 100 meters away .
