The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Relax with the whole family at our Audubon Park cottage. We are just minutes from downtown, riverside state park, and Spokane river. We are 3 miles from Gonzaga University and 5 miles from Whitworth University. Our home features cozy a living room with fireplace, a TV/game room with queen bunkbed, outdoor hot tub, gas fire pit, and BBQ.
