Open-concept layout with a queen-size Murphy bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a kitchenette with mini fridge and bar area. Gorgeous year round location, enjoy water sports, hiking, fishing, ATV, golfing, skiing and more. Mermaid Ranch sits on 23 gorgeous acres of forested country land overlooking Long Lake and the Spokane river. Mermaid Ranch guests can enjoy our sweeping river views and in-ground unheated private pool (Seasonally Opened May - Mid October dependent on weather), Hot tub now open year round. Our log cabin style home is 20 minutes from Spokane International airport and downtown Spokane.

Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.
