Blockhouse Life is a new sustainable community with net-zero designs built in Spokane's South Perry Street. Blockhouse Perry is quiet, pet-friendly, and conveniently located by, but not in, downtown Spokane. Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

Wi-Fi and coffee/tea and snacks available. Relax in or out. Close to North Spokane: 10 minutes from Whitworth and Green Bluff, 6 minutes from Starbucks, 5 minutes from Costco & 3 from fast food.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.
