The ocean beach is 5 minutes by car. Pt. Pleasant Boardwalk, 10 minutes by car. The local pub is within walking distant, no designated driver needed! Please review house rules.

Beautiful bright three bedroom house ideally located on quiet Pelican Island. Enjoy sunrises on the ocean and sunsets on the bay! Water views from the living room and kitchen. Plenty of free parking with no meters or street cleaners to worry about. The boardwalk, amusements, Island Beach State Park, great restaurants and bars are all minutes away. Front door to ocean sand is one mile.
