Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

A dynamic office space engineered to inspire and boost your productivity; kitted with a monitor, standing desk, and glass whiteboard. Upstairs you'll discover two master suites, each with their own private full bathroom and massive walk-in closets. In-unit Washer/Dryer included. Community features a dog park just steps from your door!

Enjoy a stay at the only Luxury apartment rental conveniently located just two blocks from downtown Rogers. The Penthouse in Downtown Rogers is a modern and stylish apartment with all the amenities you need for a short stay or a long retreat: sumptious Sleep Number bed and bedding, gourmet kitchen and outdoor barbecue area, luxe shower and outdoor hot tub with an outdoor fire pit to boot. Rustic digs on acreage Near Mt Hebron Park, Rogers

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.

Long Ridge Manor, private space, country estate

Studio apartment in a rural estate setting. Attractions in immediate area include, Sassafras Springs Winery & event venue; Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farm event venue < 15 minutes, public lake access. Approximately 11 miles/20+ minutes to U of A/downtown Fayetteville. Access to all of NWA's attractions via Don Tyson Parkway to I-49. Easy access to Razorback Greenway from Botanical Garden of the Ozarks/Lake Fayetteville trailhead.
