To get to the property, it is best to have an SUV or Truck to ensure you cross the few creeks along the way but you are able to drive through with a car most of the time. This comfortable 3-bedroom home is centrally located in a mature neighborhood in South-Central Springfield. Take a stroll down the street to one of the country's first Bass Pro Shops, Fishing & Wildlife Museum or any number of local eateries. The recently renovated home is as comfortable inside and out. The fenced backyard features a firepit, adirondack chairs and a dining area.

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), a goose, and a couple of dogs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! We are pet friendly! This little 1902 house sits 1/2 block south of historic Route 66, and 2 blocks north of historic Walnut Street in Springfield, Missouri. It features a large, backyard with fence, original hardwood floors, lots of light & art, and comfortable, eclectic furnishings. Close to downtown shopping, galleries, and local flea markets, the area is perfect for walking and enjoying the sights of midtown Springfield and arts events on Walnut Street!

My place is close to public transport, the city center, parks, and art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the people, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Sorry that's generic but its a nice spot if you're in town a day or two and want someplace pleasant and close to everything.
