Whitstable house with a view and 2 parking spaces

This perfectly positioned house is deceptively spacious and offers the holiday maker wonderful views of the sea. This welcoming house has been stylishly and freshly decorated and is great for children and adults of all ages as it provides flexible options. With ample off street parking for 2 cars and a garage for a further car or storage for bikes it provides a great retreat from which to explore Whitstable and the nearby coastal towns whilst being only a 20 minute car drive from the Canterbury.

Our little house is located just 1 mile from the Fennes Wedding estate. Just a short drive from Gosfield Hall, The compasses, Houchins & Leez Priory. With off street parking and only a 5 minute walk to the station this is a large two bedroom home with a newly fitted kitchen perfect for entertaining and creating memories. The harbour, beach, and High Street are all within 5 minutes walking distance. There's a new modern bathroom with a huge bath that you can lie back in and watch the stars. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite toilet.

The Hoops

A beautiful, characterful, rustic old house…. in the heart of the town. An easy, short walk to the High Street for pubs, restaurants and local amenities. The Hoops is set back off the main road on a narrow lane, with parking for a few cars. The Hoops has a historic feel with wood beams and uneven floors and ceilings, two wood burning stoves for chilly evenings, plus modern gas central heating. Plenty of space for 6 people, with 3 good sized bedrooms, a large kitchen and a cozy snug!

HOPE COTTAGE - contemporary and comfortable

Hope Cottage was fully renovated to a high standard by the current owner. It has a fully open plan living dining kitchen area opening out on to a south facing garden and is within a 2 minute walk from Harbour Streets stylish shops and bars and close to the Beach. The house sleeps 5 comfortably, but the bed in front room does fold out to a double, but there is not much space left in room.

Immaculately presented is this three double bedroom cottage with original parts dating back to the 1600's.
