The hot tub with the view of the river & the firepit with wood furnished is a great way to spend the day outdoors… Enjoy hiking, fishing, tubing , and watching the wildlife that frequents the property. The Penland School of Crafts is 3 miles away and the beauty of the campus can not be beat. We are halfway between Boone and Asheville for all that these two towns offer.

Mountain View, walking trails, water falls etc. Mineral Museum, Rock Capital of the world. The cabin was built several years ago. After I had discovered Little Switzerland and fell in love with the area. Richard my son and I built the cabin. My wife and I both work in a School system so we were able to spend all summer there and many weekends. So there not much time available to share the cabin. As we aged we use the cabin very little and decided other might enjoy it like we did.
