Cottage at Sundara West-Heated Pool open all year

Enjoy a view of Mt Baker in the quiet, beautiful countryside. There are 3 bdrms, kitchen, dining & living areas, covered porch with gas grill , fire pit, & private hot tub. Country sounds abound —coyotes, cows and roosters (right next door). The pool & another hot tub are about 150' away & ALSO AVAILABLE TO OTHER GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY. Reserve the times you want. $25 per day per pet fee. NO ADULT PARTIES AND NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS at any time during the stay without a charge of $15 per guest.

From this bright, cozy cottage with vaulted ceilings you will see and hear the ocean, watch the eagles soar overhead and see seals, otters and herons. Take a stroll for a coffee at one of the shops in Davis Bay, a 2-min. walk. Enjoy the stunning sunsets at night. We are on the Sunshine Coast Highway, with easy access to amenities. Sechelt is only 4 min. drive.

An E car charging station available upon request. The deck is private with BBQ. Parking is directly beside the cottage. Equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and queen bed this is the perfect spot to enjoy a taste of the Salt Spring life. Shop at a local farm stand and use the kitchen to cook up a farm to table meal. Then go for a walk to the beach to enjoy the best sunset on Salt Spring! After a quick walk home, a comfy bed awaits, or stay up and play one of many board games offered!

Located on the Sunshine Coast with incredible natural attractions and scenery. Ocean access directly in front of cottage. Skookumchuk Rapids is about 1 hour away. Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property in Roberts Creek, a 15 minute drive from the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. There is no view of the ocean from the cottage. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate.
