Everything from scavenged doors, windows to driftwood furniture, re-used bottles, re-invented trucks even local food fare in the delicate art of simplicity. This villa features 2 spacious bedrooms, each opening to a private balcony that captures the breathtaking expanse of greenery. The open-air living and dining area seamlessly blends indoor comfort with tropical charm. A large swimming pool, set amidst nature, invites guests to soak in the peaceful ambiance and enjoy unforgettable moments with loved ones.

Charming 2BD Bungalow on Lush Coconut Plantation

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

This luxurious, comfortable, spacious modern villa, designed by a student of the famous architect Geoffrey Bawa is set in a secluded lush tropical garden with a private swimming pool (25ft x 12ft) in a quiet residential area in the village of Unawatuna. The villa has been designed with 'keeping cool' in mind in this hot climate. The high ceilings and many french doors from all rooms ensure a constant cooling air flow throughout the villa. The villa is approved by the SLTDA.

For those who love a beach holiday, but like a quiet, green space to relax in away from the crowds. This apartment is nestled in amongst cinnamon fields and jungle in beautiful Narigama, Hikkaduwa. A short scooter ride or a pleasant stroll to the beach. Cook up some delicious local produce in your own private kitchen, relax on your terrace or poolside and see the fireflies at night and birdlife by day, unwind and feel at home.
