Built in 2021- a dog friendly 3 bed house with uninterrupted sea views and an enclosed large garden. The Old Blockyard is ideally placed for walking access to the beach, St Agnes village and the SW coast path. With a stylish but cosy interior, it is ideal for adults but also for families all year round. Both main bedrooms can be set up as superkings/twins with zip/lock beds+ a double futon upstairs. The cosy cottage features a large comfy sofa & armchair in the lounge - in front of the wood burner. The kitchen is very well equipped with an induction hob, double oven & dishwasher. The private garden has a good-sized lawn, a seated patio area & a wood-fired oven/BBQ area – perfect for relaxing after a busy day adventuring.

St Agnes is a very cool neighbourhood with great restaurants, pubs, cafes, a park, art galleries and plenty of shops, all a short walk away. The Apple Store has a super comfy bed, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, wood burner, an Amazon Echo and a basket of goodies to welcome you. We are best suited to couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and well behaved furry friends (of the dog variety).
