It has a well-equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and microwave - great spot for a larger group who likes to cook a few meals together. There is a large ground-floor deck, which looks across the lawn to the ocean. There is a set of stairs down to the unit.

Nestled in the heart of Lubec village, Crow's Nest is located on the second floor of a newly renovated, spacious century-old building. The 1600 square foot Guest House has an open concept kitchen-dining-living room with gas fireplace; deck with hot tub, barbecue, dining table facing the water; two bedrooms with a king bed in one, and twin beds in the other; three-piece bathroom also has a washer-dryer; fenced yard for pets; canoe and kayak available; keyless entry; wheel-chair accessible.
