TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

This newly renovated 4 bed, 2.5 bath geodesic dome comfortably sleeps 8. Relax on this unique spacious property or take the short drive to Bird's Hill Park for some swimming, hiking or horseback riding. You will enjoy all the benefits of country living with the convenience of being just 10 minutes outside Winnipeg. This memorable property is anything but ordinary.

Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests (unless extreme temperatures). Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Roku TV, a full kitchen and linens.

There is parking for up to 5 vehicles on the property. There is no hot tub at the house Well behaved dogs allowed, $50 pet fee per stay Minimum 4-night rental during July-August and Jan-March. Monthly rates available during fall/spring. Double heated garage $50/night in fall/winter; inquire when booking.

Its a great place to stay and relax after the longday icefishing during winter months, and it's only 4 minutes drive away, and 15 minutes walk from the park, beach and boardwalk. Our cottage is fully fence, and has huge backyard that comes with a playground, patio, sports equipment, and fire pit which makes a perfect place for you, your family, your friends and visitors to enjoy. Furry friends are welcome too!
