The Hay Shed - 圣安德鲁斯

Located only 2 miles out of St Andrews, the Hay shed is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy sea views. It is positioned in the grounds of a large house with views over a field and then towards the sea. The Hay Shed offers a luxury glamping experience, think outside bath whilst watching the stars, cosy firepit and twinkling festoon lights. Perfect for a getaway for two people but also room for two kids in the mezzanine area (mattress provided but no bed linen for this bed). One dog allowed.

Fully contained garden to front, and private courtyard to rear, both ideally positioned to enjoy the morning and evening sun. Only a few minutes to the local beach, pub, shops & golf courses. It makes a fabulous hub for exploring, sporting activities or simply relaxing. At one end of its location lies the ruins of one of Europe’s largest medieval structures - at the other is the world famous Old Course. In between, is one of the world’s oldest universities, the 3rd oldest English-speaking University in the world.

Note; The cover photograph has been taken from just across the Street from our apartment at the entrance to the Hamilton Grand building. We do not have direct views of the Old course from any of our windows. The Open Championship will be held in St Andrews in 2027. Please note that we have no availability for the week of the Open.

Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.

Greyfriars Apartment was built on the remains of Greyfriars Friary, built in 1458. It is a Victorian listed property, a perfect haven for golfers and those who enjoy a life of luxury.
