Recently reopened after two months undergoing major renovation! Previously had 110 very favorable reviews while with a different vacation rental company. The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Everything has been thought of for your enjoyment, even FREE pinball! You need to bring nothing except your enthusiasm for having a relaxing, stress-free and amazing time!!!

One balcony off the upstairs corner primary bedroom suite, walk in closet and ocean view King size beds in each bedroom. Anytime is a good time to be on the beach in St. Augustine! Winter Spring, Summer, or Fall! Besides being steps from the beach there are plenty of local eateries,great food, live music within walking distance.

Fabulously updated 1970 a-frame on the beach with many modern and luxury touches throughout. The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!
