This basement apartment is on the Pell City side of the lake close to the dam. It has a huge porch overlooking the lake with outdoor table to enjoy dinner or coffee while watching sail boats or heron fly around. It's close to the Birmingham Sail Club and only 15 minutes to a supermarket.
