Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy the lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat, featuring a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed Internet, fully-stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom with heated tile floors, large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer. The backyard has a gazebo with sectional and the front has a large deck with BBQ.

TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

Ole Smokey Lodge

This 1100sqft cabin is perfect for anybody's type of getaway, directly in front of Lanky's hotdog/burger stand, 10min walk to Potenza's Restaurant/Bar, Grand Beach diner, and 2min walk from Petes Grand Mini Golf, they are licensed! Parking is best in front on main road but back would fit a car or two. Cabin comes fully equipped with everything you need for either short or long stays. 10-15 min walk to beautiful beach. The open living area is bright and comfortable, with plenty of space to stretch out and unwind. After a day outside, curl up by the fireplace or gather around for a good meal and great conversation. Spend your evenings on the large screened-in porch, enjoying the fresh air without the bugs, or head out to the fire pit to roast marshmallows and watch the stars come out.

Black Aspen Green: Have fun with the whole family at our modern cottage near the beach. Walking distance to the beach, our dog friendly space boasts comforts for everyone. This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

You get to make the most of a large yard and fire pit. Close to stores and all amenities of Grand Marais and Grand Beach.
