Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy this lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat. Our cottage features a wood-burning stove, cable TV and PVR, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed fiber Internet, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with large walk-in shower and washer and dryer. The backyard boasts a gazebo with sofa sectional and the front has a two-tiered deck with BBQ.

Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests.
