Large furnished screened porch. You will be hard pressed to find a better spot for your vacation dollars. Beach wagon, umbrella and chairs.

Take your pet walking on the beach and bicycle path. 1-2 dogs only with a $100.00 nonrefundable pet fee. New deck, deck railings, solid core, interior doors, vinyl plank floor coverings.

There is plenty of outdoor seating around the pool and in the shade. Bikes, beach chairs and a pull cart are included for your enjoyment. The outdoor grilling area makes your outdoor cooking extra special. Island Memories is fully stocked with everything needed to make those island memories come to life.

Open floor plan into living, dining and kitchen areas. Direct TV w/DVR, 4 HD Flat Screen TVs, Wi-Fi, charcoal grill and outdoor shower. Outdoor entertaining on two decks with patio furniture and picnic table. Close to restaurants, groceries, bicycle & kayak rentals, SGI State Park, Lighthouse, fishing pier etc.

Captain’s Harbor

Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

Everyone will have fun at this stylish Beach House. Owners have supplied this home with everything a family needs to have fun and create bonds to last a lifetime: board games, football, badminton, and a lighted corn hole. For enjoyment at the beach, there is a beach cart fully loaded with a sun shade(PIC}, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and floats. Beach access is only 2 blocks away!
