The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

It offers quick access to restaurants, gift shops, Aunt Ebby's Ice Cream and other shops. About a block from the home is Island Outfitters (beach rental equip.) and Island Dog Outdoors. There are plenty of beaches nearby, including the main public beach and the State Park which covers the east portion of the island.

We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)
