Inquire first on pets, there is a 50 lb. weight limit total, can be split up between 2 small dogs or 1 at 50lbs or less,must be house broken and friendly. Close to Saint Mary's historic city, Pt. Lookout State Park, Sotterley Plantation. Great hiking trails, restored colonial village,a replica of the Maryland Dove. Tour a lighthouse. Great restaurants , or spend a day over in Solomons Island, about 20 miles from us. Peaceful settings for relaxing right on the water,or kayak on the river.

Great little cottage with a "Rivah" view

Welcome to our little slice of paradise on the Yecomoco river. This off the beaten path location has easy access into the Potomac for Rockfish or a little further into the Bay itself. Our dock can be used to swim, fish, crab or just relax and enjoy. A nice little marina is conveniently located nearby to put your boat into the river. Come and enjoy "Rivah" life at its finest. Unwind relax and enjoy. But if you do need to do a little work while you are here, we do have hi speed internet.

Unwind on St Goerge Island or head out to one of the local eateries for some southern Maryland faire. Inside you have 2 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms. A massive island for cooking, card playing or just great conversations with endless views. Crabbing, fishing. The Neighbors have 2 Great Danes and a cat that you may see occasionally

The renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sits on nearly an acre of south-facing waterfront property, affording a sense of privacy along with sunrise and sunset views. We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. Relax at this modest, tranquil getaway on St George Island. Experience protected areas of the Potomac River and St Mary's River shore. Watch turtles, fish, crab, otter, and birds from the 100-foot pier and decks. Enjoy the picnic table on the shoreline with colorful sunsets. High tides carry debris onshore and across yards a few times yearly. Stay aware of the unique environment with sea nettle jellyfish in July and August, and mosquitos from the marsh in warm months.

Cute studio apartment on charming Solomons Island. Walking distance to restaurants, live music, boat and kayak rentals. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, two burner hot plate and coffee maker. We provide all bedding and bath towels for two people. Enjoy your coffee ( provided) or wine on the deck in the fenced in side yard. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Please make sure you pay the pet fee.
