This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

We are surrounded by desert views, Snow Canyon, Black Desert Golf Resort and Tuacahn Amphitheater. Casita is 250 sq feet with ensuite bath, kitchenette with bar frig, microwave, toaster and sink. There is a small patio area with chairs and gas fireplace outside the casita entry. The Community Center with gym, pool and hot tub. Pickleball court is down the street.

Walk-in closet has space for storing 2 mountain bikes and your belongings. It’s within walking distance of our favorite café.
