The Hay Barn

Luxuriously Rural Sensitively converted, the Hay Barn is a blend of traditional exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with luxurious modern furnishings, king size bed and amenities. We have expansive National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely calming setting to relax in and focus on your wellbeing. The Holt Bolt Hole

We have a lovely house in the countryside in Cheshire. Our Airbnb is The Bolthole.This is separated from the main house via an internal locking door. For you is a front door with key safe, lounge, comfy sofas, tv, log burner, 2 double bedrooms one with a tv, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with airfryer,kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge the only thing we don’t have is a kitchen sink but we wash up for you! Workspace and guest wifi access available. Outdoor seating available. :-) x

The Secret Retreat

Completely secluded secure paradise, tucked away in the country lanes of Cheshire, where you can hear nothing but the birds tweeting in the trees. Due to our secluded location, we can facilitate private party functions as well as catering for relaxing, well earned down time. The option is yours, you can have it as loud as you require and dance the night away or have that peaceful break you deserve. Our retreat is also perfect for out of area workers needing Monday to Friday accommodation,

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

Wake to birdsong and deer grazing in nearby fields. Sip your morning coffee with views of Holcombe Hill, then wander straight from the door onto scenic countryside trails, a dog walkers paradise. Watch steam trains chug through the village on the heritage East Lancashire Railway - a nostalgic treat for all ages. After browsing Ramsbottom’s quirky shops, wine bars, pubs, and cafés, head back to your cosy cottage, pour a glass of wine, and relax into Lancashire’s peaceful, timeless charm

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.
