Listen to Loons calling each other in mornings & evenings. We are located at the tip of Michigan’s lower peninsula: 6 miles to Mackinaw City, Mackinaw Bridge & ferry boats to Mackinaw Island. 2 miles to Northwestern State Trail. During your stay enjoy free use of kayaks, paddle boat, tubes, swing and fire pit (with free firewood) at waters edge.

Cozy A-Frame Cabin on the shores of Lake Huron

Enjoy a secluded and updated A-Frame cabin surrounded by tall pine trees and the clear blue lake of Lake Huron. Take in the beautiful views and sounds the lake offers while enjoying coffee or cocktails on the deck, just steps away from the shoreline. You'll be close enough to everything in Cheboygan/Rogers City/Mackinac, but far enough to enjoy a relaxing evening cozied up to a fire under the night sky. Miles of sandy beaches, bike trails, Ocqueoc Falls and Rogers City all within 15 min.

The Bear Cub Aframe

We have a beautiful built 1000 sq ft Aframe! Recently installed a 100 inch theater system in the livingroom! Cabin is in Lakes of the North, which offers a perfect getaway for the outdoorsman. Side by Side trails! We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Rustic cabin in view of Toad Lake for your glamping pleasure. Kitchenette, claw foot tub, queen-sized bed and double futon, movies to choose from, games and puzzles, clean outhouse. Enjoy the beautiful setting at the Balsams. Our unique, rustic log cabins are fully furnished with all the modern amenities. We have a private Lake Michigan beach (across Hwy 2) and several hiking trails on our 40 acres. Relax and enjoy your own fire pit and cook in your own fully equipped kitchen. We are 5 minutes from stores, Mackinac Island ferries, and restaurants. We are close to all UP attractions and yet you will feel like you are in another world of peace and tranquility.

Cabin on 5 acres located at the end of a quite, paved, dead-end road. Conveniently located 6 miles out of Mackinaw City for easy access to Shopping, Mackinac Island ferries, International Dark Sky Park, Wilderness State Park and Sturgeon Bay Beach. The cabin is very close to The North Country Trail & The North Western State Biking & Snowmobiling Trail. Property includes full access to cabin, fire pit, charcoal grill and yard. Wood fired sauna onsite (Shared with other guests).
