A short drive or walk to downtown & Mackinac Island ferries with the ability to view the Saturday night fireworks from the front porch. A quick hop on I-75 North to head to Tahquamenon Falls, Soo Locks, Oswald's Bear Ranch or Edmund Fitzgerald museum at Whitefish Point. A short jaunt down US-2 will lead you to the Deer Ranch, Mystery Spot, Garyln Zoo or Cut River Bridge

Centrally located, downtown, 800 sq. ft. heated solarium suite - bedroom, living room, small bathroom and kitchenette (toaster oven, microwave, electric frypan, mini fridge - not a full kitchen) and sleeper couch, attached to the back of my home. Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature.
