Great attention has gone into the home's artistic style. Recently renovated, this ground level apartment is in 'as new' pristine condition. Architecturally remodelled the space keeps many of its traditional terrace features, with tasteful modernisation, including - - Loads of natural light from glass skylights in the main living area - Quality furnishings and art throughout - Timber floors in main living and kitchen, with wool carpet in the bedroom - Ducted climate aircon throughout, ensures comfort on hot Sydney days and nights - including in bedroom - Full laundry including washing machine, dryer and tub (detergent supplied) - Induction cooking and cookware provided - Double integrated Dishdraw (dishwasher) - Filtered water & ice dispensing refrigerator - Marble bathroom, with underfloor heating and dual shower heads - including waterfall head - Access to wifi and Apple TV/Netflix on 50" smart LCD television - Private courtyard and outdoor table accessed via bi-fold doors - Separate home-office space, with built-in desk - Bedroom and living area separated by hallway - Queen size bed with new high-end, medium/firm latex mattress - All bedding and linen provided for your stay, including towels and beach towels No interaction necessary - keys are accessed via lock-box to let yourself in. A quiet leafy area of Sydney nestled among stunning homes and walking distance to the quaint village of Beecroft. Fabulous restaurants and cafes. Woolworths for groceries. Private courtyard with outdoor furniture to enjoy an evening meal in the balmy summer evenings or to enjoy a quiet cuppa. Calming serenity!!!

Stone 1Bed Cottage + Living (bed + sofa bed)

Minutes from city, but in a total bushland peaceful setting, as well as 5 minutes walk to cafes, bars and restaurants of Cammeray Village. Our Quarrymans Cottage is tucked away in the bush, down a driveway behind other properties (then 10 steps) to the cottage - which is level. The cottage is part of our home. It is 100% renovated, but some work continues on our home. it wont impact you, but so you know. (although the driveway you'll see our materials storage.You walk straight passed that.)

Seabreeze, Art Deco

Simple, comfortable, clean, air conditioned, art deco apartment with plenty of character and a lovely sea breeze. Stroll 5 mins downhill to the beach, cafes and bars of Manly or jump on the ferry into the city. The walk back up the hill is pretty steep. Well equipped kitchen/dining room. Internet and everything you could need for a comfortable stay- towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, sunscreen, basic cooking ingredients, first aid kit etc.

My place is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).The apartment is within our home with separate access to the street. It can sleep up to four people with a queen size bed and a pull out double size sofa bed. The kitchen has a microwave oven, refrigerator and appliances. Plenty of unrestricted free on street parking and close to public transport.
