The Folly - Cornwall

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

The Boat House, Carbis Bay, St Ives

Perfect space for couples. One bedroom with king sized bed with the only shower room being en-suite to it. Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double at £10 pppn). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Pets considered at extra £20 per stay, cost to be applied separately.

Clarice's Cabin in Heart of Rural Cornish Village

Clarice's Cabin is a comfortable small home, looking out across our garden. It has its own securely separated outside seating area. In the cabin's open plan space there is a comfy double bed with 100% cotton bedding a 2 seater settee, table and chairs, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Accessed from the main room is a shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and flush toilet. There is a fan for hot days and an oil filled electric heaters for those cooler evenings.

The Den offers a calm and cosy space to call home for the duration of your trip. The space includes a king-size bed, fully furnished kitchenette, dual head shower and comfy sofa. A stones throw from some of Cornwall’s most beautiful beaches and scenic coast path, The Den is the perfect base for relaxation and adventure. We’re located on a quiet country lane, in a village with two pubs, a cafe and a shop. Perranuthnoe beach is just a mile away, while Penzance and Newlyn are a short drive.

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

A truly world class position with superb sea views within a short walk of the South West Coast Path leading to the close by Porthcurno, Porth Chapel and Pednvounder beaches. Cozytoo is conveniently located within walking distance to a great selection of pubs and restaurants. The property is nestled into a tranquil setting, alongside two fields, from which one can enjoy the iconic views. The local beach is a short stroll away and boasts a stunning coastline.

The cabin is based in a quiet cul-de-sac in Carbis Bay. It is a 5/10 minute walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach, 10 minute walk to the supermarket, 2 minute’s from the bus stop. Train station is a 5/10 minute walk also. St Ives is a lovely 30 minute coastal walk away. We both work part time so we are usually available for any questions you may have or help on where to visit on your stay. There are local restaurants and bars in walking distance.

This unique place has a style all of its own. Casa Studio is a detached self-contained unit, that is light, clean, and modern. With the added bonus of ample off-road parking. Casa Studio hosts a king size bed, smart Tv, Wi-Fi, bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and kettle. Casa Studio is situated just outside St Ives town centre, with a short 8-10 minute walk to the harbour and stunning beaches.
