船长小屋（SKIPPER COTTAGE）1号单元

Skipper is a stand alone cottage: a large 450 sq ft efficiency with 50 sq ft deck. Queen bed, mattress is a Marriott Silver Beauty Rest & full futon along with full kitchen & shower bathroom. The property is all fenced for Skipper, my Portuguese Water Dog. Skipper was the captain of our boat Skedaddle. The yard is very lush & green, seems like a mini rain forest in town. Our place is 'old' Caribbean, wooden cottages, no concrete. Skipper & Skedaddle are two identical cottages next to each other.

Also enjoy some of the best hiking nearby including Rams Head, Tektite, Yawzi Point, and Reef Bay trails. Bus Stop an easy walk and just a short drive into downtown Coral Bay. Explore the many trails and beaches by day and end the evening with a drink on the deck looking out over the peaceful valley. Comfortable yet economical.

It is within easy walking distance to many of St. John's best beaches and hiking trails. The interior of the cottage offers comfortable accommodations with a queen-size bed that sleeps two and a fully equipped kitchen and bath. The large covered porch provides spacious outdoor living and dining areas with a grill and daybed.

Paradise! The cottage is located on Hart Bay, and has an amazing view of the Carribean Sea. You can fall asleep to the sound of waves. You will stay in the upstairs one bedroom apartment with your own private entrance. The owner’s live in the lower level. Private pooI area. It’s an older cottage with an outdoor shower. There are 67 uneven steps down to cottage from parking area. There are steps that lead to a trail and rocky beach. Property has a generator.
