Our place is close to nightlife, public transport, the airport, the city square, and parks. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Five minute walk to the "Nights of Lights", two minute walk to Francis Field event field, where many festivals, concerts and activities are held. Five minute drive to the ocean beach at Vilano. Many Restaurants and bars in walking distance, including sports bar, martini bar, Irish pub and more.

Located right in the heart of the leafy historic district is this charming treetop cottage with its own eclectic style and modern design. The cottage features bright sun-filled living with a fully equipped kitchen, a generous king bedroom, a sparkling bathroom and Smart TVs with Netflix in each room. Enjoy a complimentary coffee at the cafe then leave the car parked and explore everything this beautiful area has to offer on foot with restaurants & attractions all just a short stroll away.

This St. Augustine apartment is right in the heart of quaint & historic downtown! This lower level apartment is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom with a bath and a queen bed in the second bedroom with bath and is perfect for 1-4 guests. A short 5-8 minute walk allows visitors to explore the many downtown historic sites, museums & restaurants. One parking spot is available on site. There is free parking on our street (except from Nov15th-Jan11th during Nights of Lights).

Enjoy a slice of St. Augustine typically only enjoyed by the locals, and relax in the friendly historic Abbott Tract neighborhood.

It's adorned with 2 covered porches, the Courtyard porch and breakfast porch. Enjoy and relax in the courtyard lit by hundreds of tiny laser lights at night. You will likely see our tortoises roaming the completely fenced property. In warm weather enjoy the shared pool. *Guests must be quiet ish after 9:30
