Sand Lake Party store has the best brats and ice cream just 5 minutes from the house. Rosenann's is the perfect place for creating memories!

Sand Lake County Park located two blocks away to put your boat in. This is a classic Michigan inland lake, 102 acres, all sports with great fishing. The Cozy Cottage is one of five properties we rent out and is close to another cottage which are both located directly on the water.
