At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. Clarkson University is close enough to see from the property. White Tail Hill

We are located in the heart of St.Lawrence County, NY. Minutes away from the beautiful St.Lawrence River and Thousand Islands. 35 minutes from Boldt and Singer Castles. Great fishing and hunting year round, 300 personal acres plus another 2500 acres of State Land for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, cross country skiing, hunting, observation of wildlife or just relaxing. Neighbors to the Amish Community and our Canadien friends.

Raquette River Hideaway

Cozy, private lower level of a warm, inviting space filled with all the comforts of home with gorgeous views of the river. You can use the sauna, kayaks, private back porch and fire pit. Because it's the lower level and built into a hillside, the summer indoor temp is calming and cooling ~ coffee, tea, small refrigerator , microwave, blender, toaster oven, grill , plus everything necessary for preparing light meals and snacks.

Keep it simple at this peaceful 1-bedroom apartment close enough to visit kids at school but far enough to keep your sanity. Comfortable living area with a smaller kitchenette and a full bathroom. 1 Bedroom with a futon in the living area. Private entrance and space for 1-2 cars in the driveway. 15-20min walk to downtown/SLU campus. Queen size blow up mattress available upon request.

Canton home w/ private apartment on Grasse River

A private entrance to apartment on 2nd fl. (above a garage). Comfortable for up to 4 people; clean & well-maintained with all the needed amenities; makes for an easy stay. The space is dog friendly (prior approval required). Outdoor yard space on property is limited use (weather permitting). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.
