Beth's Place II - on the river - is a private apartment above our garage, with a separate entrance and a great private outdoor space with a hot tub. My home is on the Raquette River, with a great view, a small beach and some boating. It is a new home with all the amenities. Close to Clarkson University and SUNY in Potsdam (15 minute drive), and SLU and SUNY in Canton (20 minute drive) and near the Adirondacks. It is a very bright and welcoming home with lovely views of sunsets, and plenty of space for enjoying the outside. Winter recreational activities are also close by. My place is good for couples, families , and small groups.

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Bayview at Pine Point is located approximately 15 miles to the local four universities in Potsdam and Canton (Clarkson, St. Lawrence, SUNY Potsdam, SUNY Canton), which makes it a great place for visiting families to spend time together! Not to mention all the great outdoor activities offered locally, such as hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, leaf peeping, etc! The Cottage at Pine Point is located directly next door and can also be rented at the same time for additional space!
