Stepaside Cottage

My home is on the Raquette River, with a great view, a small beach and some boating. It is a new home with all the amenities. Close to Clarkson University and SUNY in Potsdam (15 minute drive), and SLU and SUNY in Canton (20 minute drive) and near the Adirondacks. It is a very bright and welcoming home with lovely views of sunsets, and plenty of space for enjoying the outside. Winter recreational activities are also close by. My place is good for couples, families , and small groups.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. The Cottage at Pine Point is located directly next door and can also be rented at the same time for additional space!

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
