The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful river views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! We are located just 1 mile from downtown Potsdam, 1 mile from Clarkson, 2 miles from SUNY Potsdam, and 10 miles from SLU and SUNY Canton. We know you'll love our place!

Raquette Lodge

Ultimate privacy in this 2,800 sq. ft. log home on 16 acres of wilderness waterfront. Located in the NW region of the Adirondack foothills, the Raquette Lodge sits on a section of Raquette River which has been dammed to create a pristine lake. The lake is excellent for swimming & fishing. This property includes a dock with a pontoon boat (9.9 hp), kayaks and paddle boards. Also at the water's edge you will find a hot tub, sand volleyball court, ping pong table, fire pit & ample outdoor seating.

Beth's Place- celebrating 12 years in business in 2026 - is a luxurious, self-contained apartment with a separate entrance for maximum privacy. It is spacious, tastefully furnished, and conveniently located within 1 mile of downtown Potsdam. Our guests can also enjoy the scenic Raquette River, with kayaks available for use. For those seeking extra indulgence, the apartment also features a private hot tub and courtyard. There is a shared igloo, putting green, pickleball court, and beach area.

Enjoy private eight acres and 180 degree views as you relax next to the fireplace. Soak in the hot tub overlooking the lake. Play games on the lawn. Stargave around the firepit. Kayak, fish or swim off the private dock (or at Black Lake). Hike on property or local trails. Spend a rainy morning playing in the gameroom. Enjoy an afternoon taking in local attractions within an hours drive (Canada, 1000 Islands and Adirondacks). Dog friendly (limited two; $150 disclosed or $300 if undisclosed).

Lake Bonaparte Enjoy your private peninsula with 500 feet of shoreline. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the Sandy water just steps away. Relax in the sun and enjoy a nice fire for smores. Unwind in the hot tub and outdoor shower to rinse. The lake has many species of fish that can be caught whether by land or water. The deck is nestled into the rock and is surrounded by pines, giving a sense of being a part of nature with spectacular views of Trout Lake and the evening sunsets. Canary house

Wonderfully updated ranch style home located just outside the village. Clarkson University is 1/2 mile down the road. It has a sunken living room and boasts a fireplace, large wall television. Renting 1 room with comfy trundle bed and standing desk. Also renting 1 comfy queen bed. Rooms have several windows allowing the sunlight to brighten each room. Outside there is a large deck, with a six person hot tub, and fire pit areas.
