We are just a short ride to Alexandria Bay with boutique shops, restaurants/night life. Several tackle shops nearby. Close by to Singer Castle, many beautiful state parks within 10-20 min! Gorgeous stars on the deck at night! Kayaks available!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country paradise! Enjoy all the seasons here with the main snowmobile/ATV trail right at the end of the driveway. Go for a hike, or horseback ride through the Brasher State Forest trails. Or maybe a fishing/hunting trip, as there are 30k acres of beautiful public land surrounding the river front property and a variety of fish in the river (musky,walleye,bass!) A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

Waterfront Star Lake w/ kayaks & motorized dock

A perfect vacation spot for a family or a group of friends, look no further- Lake House on Star Lake is an amazing place where you can find something for anyone to do! We provide a private beach, beautiful lake, boats, games, books, fun; make unforgettable memories on one of the most breathtaking lakes in Adirondack Region. Pets welcome with extra fee allowed. Air is only in master bedroom. 4 bedroom house is warm and welcoming. There is motorized raft for $500 a week and a $500 deposit.

Lake Bonaparte Camp

Beautiful boathouse on the water with a separate bunkhouse with bathroom located on picturesque Lake Bonaparte on the foothills of the Adirondacks. We have a tandem kayak for use just bring your life jackets. A new Keurig to make your morning coffee to sit on the front porch and enjoy the loons. We have all new mattresses throughout, a new grill and bathroom towels are provided. There is a boat slip available on the side of the boathouse. Lake Bonaparte is 40 min from Watertown.

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

Charming, rustic two bedroom cottage with full-sized kitchen on a private island. Unhindered views of main channel of St. Lawrence Seaway and the magnificent freighters. Easy access to the River and fabulous fishing. New private dock accommodates your boat(s). Addition and loft afford additional sleeping quarters. Glass gazebo provides peace, privacy and beautiful views of the main channel and surrounding Blind Bay. Detached gazebo ideal setting for artists and writers.

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

Lazy River Cottage

This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit near the shore. The water is wonderful for those swimmers in your family. There are paddle boats and kayaks in season. Conveniently located close to St. Lawrence University and Clarkson.

Disclaimers.. This is our summer home so there is minimal personal property Cottage is seasonal and water supply for toilet shower and sinks is pumped from the river. I do supply a 3&5 gal jug of portable water for dishes/drinking/cooking etc. Septic is small so I ask that you throw your toilet paper in the trash. It helps Alleviate pumping septic
