This is a very clean & spacious self-contained bungalow with kitchen, ensuite and lounge area. Beds provided are 1 Queen, 1double sofa & 1 single. It is set on a private, shared hectare property with private access and access to a solar-heater pool and tennis court. While we are here if you need anything, we respect your space and privacy. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.

Nearby shops, cafes and attractions are just waiting to be explored or you can simply gather with loved ones on the balcony and admire picturesque views over the Blue Water Lake Reserve, which you can access from the backyard. Directly across the road is a grassed picnic area with a playground for the kids.

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamper, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port.
