It's a beautiful, one of a kind, house built in 1926, influenced by Arts and Crafts style with wooden floors throughout and a grand staircase. It’s private, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The large rooms lend themselves to family and friends gathering for a break at any time of year. Enjoy coffee or tea in the morning sun on the terrace while the children play on the lawn in the fully fenced garden. All the home comforts for a relaxing holiday & the benefit of off road parking.

Beautiful sunny flat with balcony, 10mins to beach

My home is on a private leafy road in St Leonards on Sea, a creative town with cafes, restaurants, vintage shops, art galleries and an independent cinema. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and the station 15 mins, for trains to Brighton, London and Ashford International. Hastings Old Town, with nightlife, quaint shops and fresh fish caught daily, is a 35 min walk along the sea front. This is my home so my belongings are stored here but I keep eveything packed away as much as possible.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. Ebb Tide is the ideal ''Love Nest'' and makes the perfect location to explore a sea town that oozes history and charm. The beach is at our footsteps: Take the stairs down from Mount Pleasant and dip your toes into the sea!  

The Granary at Coes Vineyard, East Sussex

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
