Welcome to the historic Pumphouse on Lake Superior with 200' of lake front! The Pumphouse is one of Duluth's iconic and historical properties. This home was originally designed by John Wangenstein in 1860 as the water pump house for the City of Duluth but was abandoned. Miss Elisabeth Congdon converted the pumphouse into an absolutely stunning French-style home. We are located lakeside on London Road, just a short drive to Duluth's downtown restaurants, entertainment, and Canal Park. PL19-166.

Relax and unwind at our cozy new log cabin bunkhouse! Tucked away less than a mile off State Hwy 210, this peaceful getaway offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. You'll be just 10 miles from "the lakes", 5 minutes from a small town grocery store and only 45 minutes from Duluth. Less than a mile from the state snowmobile system, that connects to hundreds of miles of wilderness and the beautiful Big Sandy Lake watershed area.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our 118 acre property contains mature white pine stands, beautiful pollinator fields, black spruce bog and is home to abundant wildlife. Early Frost Farms is a hobby farm specializing in vegetable growing. Our general store sells canned goods and ice cream treats. We are located right on Mesabi Bike Trail, 17 minutes from Giant's Ridge; 35 min. from Ely and the north shore.
