We have two adorable puppies (house trained, rarely bark, super sweet) Mini Dachshund & Maltese/Bichon mix (both hypoallergenic). I am allergic to pets and have no problems. Centrally located between Miami, Orlando and Tampa, the house is only a 20 minute drive away from the beach.

Capri Farmhouse is located minutes from the scenic Indian River and Savannah Preserve. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this peaceful 2nd floor, non-smoking, 2 bedroom suite has a private entrance, eat-in kitchenette and guest parking for up to two vehicles. There is a fenced in yard and propane bbq grill. Dogs are welcome. (Due to severe allergies, we are no longer accepting cats as pets.) Keep in mind the unit is on the second floor and not suitable for children under 12.
