Chrissy's Cozy Cottage is just what is says COZY and comfortable. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and a door to the outside deck overlooking a preserve. 2cd bedroom has a trudle sofa that opens to a full bed. All linens are included. Plenty of seating for visitors around dining room table and counter. We are a 5 min walk to the ocean and Shuckers restaurant, just across A1A. Cottage is located in Beautiful Nettles Island Community.

This cozy and comfortable house is 3 minutes from the Marina and 4 minutes from the beach and downtown Fort Pierce! Prime Location for getting around easily. There is street parking as well as a driveway that allows for adequate parking. Comfortable king size memory foam beds in both rooms. The Rooms also have USB chargers in every lamp & kitchen is fully accommodating for long or short stays. Out back is a screened in Patio with a very large backyard as well, great for birthday parties!

This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath home offers beautiful canal front views with access to the inter coastal waterway. Sit outside and enjoy the view while you eat or open the windows and enjoy the A/C with the same great view. If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and Samsung 40” TV, the living room has a pull out couch and a 50” Samsung TV.
