It's only a 2-min walk to the beach, close to bus stations, utilities, and to St Paul's Bay/Bugibba Promenade. The huge terrace tops off this penthouse. My place is a studio penthouse on top of a harbor few meters away from the beach, restaurants, parks for nice walk in nature, good transportation, coffee shops and close to other famous entities like Cafe Del mar .Famous beaches are very close . Great for sunset hrs. You`ll love my place mostly because of the large corner terrace which is overlooking a fishing harbor to enjoy some Maltese culture and panoramic views. My place is good for young couples, solo adventures and business travelers.

Jasmine Studio is a 1st floor studio room of our family guest house. It has an independent entrance (shared with one other guest room) up one flight of stairs from the garden and pool. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!
