Great Location! The Treetop retreat is walking distance to our vibrant downtown St Petersburg. It’s a three minute walk to the Vinoy and there is a large amount of amazing restaurants, bistros, museums, galleries, waterfront parks, trails. These are all walking and/or biking distance. We have a huge arts and culture scene, we are also a ‘foodie’ town and are becoming known for our craft beer. It's a 5 minute drive to Tropicana for baseball & 15 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, St Pete beach.

This newly constructed carriage house was built to embrace the character and charm of the main house, a 1928 craftsman bungalow. Your 2nd floor 1 BR apartment is well appointed with a full chef's kitchen, a living room with a pull-out sofa, and washer/ dryer. Lots of charm and just enough space to spread out a little for some privacy. Located close to downtown, walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries and bars but still a short drive to our beautiful beaches. You access the apartment through our side gate and up an exterior stairway.
