Note NO PETS, NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, or loud parties this is a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood. Park on the driveway or curb only! We must know about ALL VISITORS!

The outdoor shower is great when returning from the beach or pool. The front storage shed contains beach chairs, coolers and bicycles for guest use.
