Lovely newly renovated house in a small village named Domsten, just 100 m from the sea (sea view) and 250 m from one of the best beaches in Helsingborg. The beach has a small restaurant and the bus outside takes you down to Helsingborg city. The garden is big with barbecue stuff. 4 bedrooms, two with 180 cm beds and two children's room with an 120 cm bed in each one. This is a perfect house for one to two families that want to spend a week or two in one of the best summer places in Sweden.

Zwei liebevoll eingerichtete Häuser auf einem 2500 qm großem Naturgrundstück mit typischen Birken und Kiefern in bester und ruhiger Lage in einer sehr schönen Villengegend mit teils alten Sommerhäusern. Das große sichtgeschützte Grundstück befindet sich an einem Privatweg der zum Strand führt und dort endet und nur von den Anliegern genutzt wird und daher kaum befahren wird. Zum feinen weißen 2 km langen Sandstrand sind es nur 700 m bis zur Ortsmitte ca. 1,5 km.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Njut av skog och sandstrand i detta unika samt fridfulla boende. Charmigt sommarhus med perfekt läge i Sandskogen strax öster om Ystad. Järnvägsstationen i Ystad ligger 15 minuters promenad bort. Den vackra sandstranden och havet ligger på gångavstånd liksom minigolf, tennis- och padelbanor, bensinmack, laddstation, livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger, caféer, glassbarer, barer och gym. Österut ligger vackra Österlen och bl.a. Ales Stenar i Kåseberga.

This cozy cottage idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking trails, bike trails and horse farms. The city of Malmö is 30km away, the city of Lund 25km away. Malmö airport at 8km, Österlen 50km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 3 bed rooms, as the pictures show, and has got all facilities like washing machine, TV, wifi, air condition and a large living room. Bedlinen and towels are included.

Lev det enkla livet i detta fridfulla och centralt belägna boende, nära både bad och shopping. Råå är ett gammalt fiskeläge beläget i södra Helsingborg. Här kan du njuta av vårt mysiga lilla extrahus, med tillgång till egen altan och gemensam trädgård. Ca 400 meter till vår fina strand och ett 10-tal restauranger av hög klass. Om man hellre lagar maten själv finns bra affärer i närområdet och ett fullt utrustat kök i huset.
